Hi all!
This is just a reminder and a few more details about our meeting this Monday, August 10th. I’m hoping this will go smoothly, but please be patient with us as we try yet another work around so that we can actually meet in person! A face mask is required to be worn by anyone that chooses to stay for the in-person business meeting (unless you have a medical reason not to wear one)!
Here is the schedule for this coming Monday when we meet at Manna Fellowship Church(17324 S Route 291, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080)
9:00 – 9:30 Drive Thru as in previous months. Please follow the signs in the parking lot for the correct route. In addition to the usual people manning the drive-thru will be Klonda Holt (Programs) to accept sign-ups for the Rope Bowl Workshop with Tia Curtis in October.
9:30 – 10:00 Break to set up for Business Meeting and Program inside. If you are staying for the meeting, please leave parking places available close to the business on the north side of the building.
10:00 Business Meeting will be begin and is also available on Zoom! (I’m hoping this gives most people an opportunity to get home and join on Zoom if they also need to do the Drive-Thru.) Registration is required to attend on Zoom, so please click on the link below or copy and paste the address in your browser and complete the registration. You will also receive a reminder email Sunday evening from Zoom.

After the Business Meeting our guest speaker will be Kathy Cox with Midwest Textiles and Supplies. She is a sales representative for the Lee's Summit based company. She will present a lecture on the fabric consumer in COVID-19 pandemic and challenges fabric manufacturers are experiencing.
The following week, Monday, August 17th, we will have our Bee on Zoom again. We had a great time and I hope more people will join us. I will be sending out information with a link to register next week.
